The White Review/Burley Fisher Books Poetry Salon

Join us for the first WR x BF Poetry Salon, hosted by Poetry Editor Kayo Chingonyi. This is the first of a brand new series of monthly poetry nights, which will be held at Burley Fisher Books on the first Friday of each month. There will be drinks, and snacks.

The first salon features readings from Nisha Ramayya, Susannah Dickey and Dai George.

 

Nisha Ramayya’s pamphlets NOTES ON SANSKRIT (2015) and Correspondences (2016) are published by Oystercatcher Press.

 

Dai George’s first book of poems is THE CLAIMS OFFICE (Seren). He is working on a second book of poems, a PhD on modern poetry and syntax at UCL, and edits praccrit.com.

 

Susannah Dickey is studying for an MA in Creative and Life Writing at Goldsmiths. Her poetry has appeared in Ambit and Poetry Ireland Review. Her first pamphlet I HAD SOME VERY SLIGHT CONCERNS was published by The Lifeboat in 2017.
